Every Sylica order ships tracked from our U.S. warehouse, usually the same business day. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves the warehouse. Look for an email from us with the subject line "Your Sylica order is on the way." If you do not see it, check your spam and promotions folders.
Track your package
Once you have your tracking number, paste it into the carrier site listed in your shipping email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to show its first scan. If it looks blank at first, that is normal.
My tracking has not moved in a few days
Carriers sometimes go quiet between scans, particularly over weekends and holidays. If there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, email us and we will chase it down for you.
